a Welcome from joe

Welcome to the blog of Boston College's hit TV show (Or "Soap opera" as Newsweek calls it) "The BC". It's fun for the whole family.

Hopefully these blogs, if planned correctly, will give you a little more insight as to what's going on with filming, what our goals are, and what we're feeling - Because we have feelings, too.

"So when's the next episode coming out?!" We know, we know... episode 3 is coming out in 3-4 weeks. It takes a long time to film an episode, but thank God Woody finished the script.. if you thought one was funny, then you saw two. And if thought two was funny, WAIT 'til you see three.

I'm excited to finish work on "St. Ignatius Started the Fire"... you'll get a kick out of it. We wrapped up filming for it yesterday with Father Don all around campus having fun with it. It's gotten to the point that when people see us around campus filming they have two reactions: 1) Oh, those The BC kids are so silly. 2) Did I just see a priest steal that kid's huffy?!

We've gotten a lot of exciting updates... CBS Evenings News is coming to campus on thursday to film us for a segment which should be a blast. We're going to be coming out with a lot more commercials that feature administrators, jesuits, and faculty alike. The Dean's Playing Video Games commercial was probably some of the most fun I've had this semester. When Paul Chebator pushed me, oh no, that wasn't taken in one shot. Try 4. The guy must've been a linebacker or something in his college days... that or someone really obsessed with The Legend of Zelda... but they're all cool guys, get to know them.

As for now, it's a saturday, and it's snowing. I hate snow. I want to somewhere warm eventually (perhaps orange county) and live in a happy warm climate.. But stay tuned for more updates... oh we know you will.

sorry this was so long.. i'll try to be shorter next time

look for me on the cover of November's issue of Teen Beat
